會上，湖南星邦智能裝備股份有限公司董事長劉國良指出，從共建“一帶一路”到長江經濟帶，從自貿試驗區到中非經貿深度合作先行區，湖南正以開放姿態擁抱全球資源。“這種戰略定力，為工程機械乃至高端制造業產業帶來前所未有的發展機遇。”
劉國良表示，湖南正以“做強龍頭企業、做優產業鏈條”為路徑，加速構建具有全球競爭力的高端制造業體系。“我們深刻感受到湖南制造業的澎湃動能，更引領著星邦智能與眾多湘企一道加速成長，在高端制造領域逐步從‘跟跑’邁向‘并跑’。”他介紹，2024年，湖南星邦智能裝備股份有限公司實現營收增長超過40%，完成出口20億元，同比增長41.23%，蟬聯全球工程機械50強、全球高機10強，在產業窗口交出了逆勢上揚的“湖南答卷”。
他指出，當前，工程機械產業正經歷深刻變革，產品的電動化、智能化，性能的輕量化、極致化，都在映射著產業邁向高端的不可逆趨勢。
